Ballantine’s Prestige scotch whisky has enjoyed a strong reputation in key Asian markets such as Korea and China for decades. But the rise of a discerning younger audience of whisky-drinkers, combined with increasing pressure from competitors has impacted their volumes and reduced their popularity.

In response, we developed an elevated, assured and refined product campaign taking inspiration from fashion houses and fragrance brands to hero the whisky and acknowledge the audience’s contemporary lifestyle.

In short, we turned the whisky brand from mainstream and traditional, to contemporary and effortlessly refined.
