Leagas Delaney transformation continuation with global BASF account win

Leagas Delaney has been appointed as the lead global strategic and creative agency for BASF Group.

This reinforces Leagas Delaney as a global creative player and not a boutique luxury agency.

They are managing all integrated brand communications globally across all of BASF Group’s business divisions, helping to build awareness and trust with the target audience.

Leagas Delaney pitched against three global communications networks for the business which was previously held by Saatchi & Saatchi and Wieden+Kennedy.

This is a milestone win for Leagas Delaney as they go from strength to strength transforming their offering to clients, recruiting new and exciting talent, expanding their capabilities and delivering creative work that changes businesses. LD partnered up with PR agency MHP to bring integrated thinking to the brand.

Fergus Hay CEO, Leagas Delaney said, “This appointment comes at an exciting time when the agency is transforming with a new management team, new positioning and structure. The BASF Group are looking for a global partner to deliver smart, competitive ideas that gives them an advantage across a diverse and complicated portfolio. Ideas that will change their business and that is what we stand for.”
