Post 16/40 - Texas 'Wardrobe'
1991. Texas was a forerunner of B&Q and Homebase. They were intrigued by the idea that we could sell, sell, sell and still create a personality for the brand. We think we succeeded.
We ran a series of these short spots about different lines, proving that retail can use price as a brand driver. ‘Prices worth going to Texas for’ is not a bad line, either.
